There is one key point that I simply cannot believe: The part where Jim postulates that Aspects only were invented to make Java developers use reflection. It might have som truth to it, but there are som key ideas behind Aspect Oriented Software Development that I simply cannot believe is just a "mistake" that shouldn't have existed in its own right as Jim puts it.
