For the second time, JAOO Brisbane and JAOO Sydney, will take place in Australia. Last year was a success, both for the speakers who enjoyed the networking opportunities with each other and the participants, as well as for the participants, who were able to learn from gurus that do not often visit this part of the world.
The technical program is almost full now, we are waiting for the last acknowledgements from the speakers to finalize it. We also offer a number of tutorials, which bring the opportunity to delve into a subject for a half or a full day.
We cover several topics this year, such as Cloud Computing, Web as a platform, API design, Java, .NET, F#, Ruby, SAAS, development for the Enterprise, iPhone applications, Lean & Agile, Retrospectives and testing for Java, .NET and embedded systems.
The speakers are chosen for their knowledge about specific subjects, for local knowledge, and because they are good presenters. We feature both speakers who have been in the field for a while and young up-and-coming speakers we believe will become conference rock-stars.
