By Therese Hansen | January 22, 2009

How are we as developers going to keep up with the increased strain on our neurons in a world with more and more complex technology? At JAOO Australia Dave Thomas talked about the challenges of next generation software applications in his presentation “Next Generation IT – Life after Jurassic Middleware“. In the presentation you also get to hear Daves take on the truth about SOA, programming languages, the basic nature of programs, future trends and much more.

The video is a basic shot of Dave talking, but you can see and click through the slides in the box below the video:

Dave Thomas wrote a short column about the subject “Enabling Application Agility – Software as A Service, Cloud Computing and Dynamic Languages” and he will be at JAOO Australia 2009.
